| Leadership Canteens |
- Security Rs. 5000/- in Village, Rs 10,000 in Town
- This Security is refundable and bear no interest
- There Can be any number of Canteens in a Village/town
- Agreement has to be signed in prescribed perfume of Natureway
- First Order Minimum Rs. 50,000/-

| Area wise Canteens |
- Security Rs. 10,000/- in village & Rs 20,000 in Town
- Security is refundable but bear no interest
- Efforts shall be made that no other canteen is allotted within a radius of 3 Km
- Showroom size 12*20
- Computer & Internet Connection is must
- Canteen holder has to arrange Vat Number & PAN
- Agreement has to be signed in prescribed perfume of Natureway
- First Order Minimum Rs. 1,50,000/- to 2,00,000/-

| Mode of Payment |
- All Payments Regarding Security as well as for purchase of goods
shall be made through demand draft & Bank Internet Transfer. No
Payment shall be received in cash
|
| Receiving of Goods |
- Canteen holder should receive the goods after proper counting and
reconciling with the bill. After this Natureway shall not be responsible
for any kind of shortage
|
| Mode of Discount of Sales |
- Canteen Discount shall be deducted in the bill itself
|
| Return of Goods |
- No Goods are returnable except manufacturing fault. Goods are also not
returnable even at the closing of canteens
|
| Negative P.V. |
- In Case Bill are issued more than the stock value the amount of negative
pv shall be recovered against securityM
|
| Commission/Trade Discount on Products |
- Presently it is 10-15% on most of products except few essential products
like RBO, Cattle Feed, Mustard Oil, Rice & Some Products etc
|
| Guidelines |
- No Credit shall be given to anybody, In Case any credit is given to anybody Natureway shall not be responsible
- Don't Disclose Your password to anybody, In Case it is disclosed by you Natureway shall not be responsible for any kind of loss
- In Case any Canteen Holder defames the Natureway by joining any other company his security shall be forfeited
